About Experienced Resource Nurses (ERNs)
Experienced Resource Nurses (ERNs) work at a DC2 leadership level and provide relief for frontline nurses while supporting and mentoring less experienced staff and new grads. This is a career advancing opportunity for RN/RPNs who have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and are eager to transition into a leadership position. Successful candidates will receive six to eight weeks leadership/mentoring training and orientation to ensure they are successful in their new position.
