Be a clinical leader while providing direct care

If you’re an experienced RN/RPN looking for your next challenge, check the Experienced Resource Nurse Team (ERNT) positions for Vancouver Tertiary and Acute Mental Health and Addictions.

About Experienced Resource Nurses (ERNs)

Experienced Resource Nurses (ERNs) work at a DC2 leadership level and provide relief for frontline nurses while supporting and mentoring less experienced staff and new grads. This is a career advancing opportunity for RN/RPNs who have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and are eager to transition into a leadership position. Successful candidates will receive six to eight weeks leadership/mentoring training and orientation to ensure they are successful in their new position.
