Tell us what you do at VCH in one or two sentences:
I provide HR support to all areas of HR including recruitment, occupational health, labour relations and compensation and classification, as well as our on-site leaders.

What’s your favourite thing about your work?
That we are all here to help our patients, and that even though I am in an office, what I do makes a difference in the lives of those we serve.

How does your work contribute to the VCH True North goals?
In HR we strive to make the workplace the best it can be for our employees, enabling them to provide the best care to our patients.

One thing we might be surprised to learn about you:
I can read and write Koine Greek at a very basic level.

Three things you always have in your fridge:
Lettuce, lemons and mayo – because I’m a mix of healthy and indulgent, and let’s face it, mayo makes everything taste better.

Who or what inspires you?
My family – both my mom and my grandma are huge inspirations for me.

Most healthy habit:
Walking everywhere that I can.

Favourite vacation spot:
London, or anywhere in the UK. (I’m a bit of an Anglophile. And by a bit I mean major.)
