People First award winner: Nova Cleghorn
We’re thrilled to profile Nova Cleghorn. Nova won the Award of Merit in the Unsung Hero category in this year’s People First Awards.
Here’s what her colleagues say about her:
“Nova works tirelessly to support the frontline nurses so that we can deliver the best care possible. She is one of the driving forces behind the successful roll-out of Releasing Time to Care and is currently spearheading the Acuity and Complexity Scale which has made a huge positive impact on the care delivered to the patients and the support received by the front line nurses.
Nova does not hesitate in putting aside her own work to jump in and help out her coworkers. She is our go-to person for advice and assistance, and it makes the world of difference on the unit to know that we have her unconditional support. Nova is an exceptional role model, not only as a nurse but as a person.”
Congrats, Nova for the amazing work you do every day, and for being an inspiration to your colleagues!
