Strategic Implementation Forum available by webcast: Oct. 1

The next VCH Strategic Implementation Forum is Monday October 1, and it’s an opportunity for you to provide some feedback on the format and content of the forum. Have you participated before? Was the information valuable? Was it accessible enough?

While the forum has traditionally been attended by managers, directors and other leaders, it’s open to all VCH employees. There is still room if you’d like to attend in person, or you can log on to the webcast. See details below.

More about SIF
The Strategy Implementation Forums began in July 2003 and are a valuable information-sharing experience for the Senior Executive Team and key leaders in VCH. The forums provide an opportunity to learn about new and emerging strategic directions, share ideas, build relationships, and hear what other VCH leaders are doing across the region. The goal of the forums is to enable progress toward our vision, strategies and performance outcomes. The information shared at the forums is important for all staff at VCH. Each and every one of us, as VCH employees, needs to know our vision, values, and strategies so that we can understand how our role fits into the “big picture” — and also how critical our day-to-day activities are to success as an organization.
