Vancouver Coastal Health is proud to endorse Canadian Patient Safety Week, October 29th to November 2nd, 2012. Together with the Canadian Patient Safety Institute, we are spreading the message that “Good healthcare starts with a question”. Throughout the week, 20 hours of live content will be broadcast to more than 2,000 sites in Canada and 17 countries on a range of topics including: leadership and culture, infection control, medication safety, and falls.
