Adam returns home: Update on Tanzanian patient

In September 2012 we did a story about Adam, a 13-year-old African boy with Albinism who underwent reconstructive humanitarian surgery at VGH. It was the most read VCH News story of 2012.

Adam has spent the past three months recovering and learning how to write with his now-functioning new right hand. In mid-December Adam left Vancouver to resume his life back in Tanzania.
