CE TALKS: Ideas Worth Sharing!

We have a ‘People First’ strategy that includes our patients and public in service planning, but Patient+Public Engagement (PPE) is still a new field for many VCH staff.  How can we support each other to advance our skills and knowledge in Patient+Public Engagement (PPE)?

Come to CE Talks – Ideas Worth Sharing!

These short interactive lunch-time presentations focus on PPE case studies from our own organization, ‘diagnosing’ the approaches used, what worked, what didn’t work, and inviting your ideas for growth and change in dynamic learning with other staff.

First session:

Date: Tuesday, March 12th

Time: 12:00 to 1:00pm

Location: Lions Gate Hospital, Evergreen Board Room

Topic:  How does VCH’s definition of ‘quality’ match the public’s understanding?

  • Are we measuring the things that are important to member of the public?
  • Are we reporting to the public on quality in ways that are meaningful and accessible?

Wow! This sounds great!  How do I find out more?
