Time to kick butt: everyone has a right to clean air

Since 2008, all Vancouver Coastal Health sites including the buildings, grounds, sidewalks and parking lots, have been smoke-free. Silvia Houchen, suffers from emphysema, chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder and is recovering from a recent lung transplant. She is one of the many patients who, still, have no choice but to walk past smokers when she enters the hospital.
