For services or support for urgent issues that occur after regular business hours that cannot wait until the following business day, please call the 604.297.9267. This line is monitored by an answering service, and will connect you with the On-Call Supply Chain Administrator.
Examples of After-Hours Emergencies include:
- Situations or issues that impact patient care and/or patient safety, such as urgent product recalls or product shortages
- Natural disasters, such as floods, fires or earthquakes
