The New Manager Orientation Program supports managers in transitioning to their leadership roles, whether they have been promoted within VCH or have joined from another organization. The course mandatory for all new Managers. The course is being offered on June 6, September 23, November 7. Space is still available for all 3 dates. Specific outcomes of the workshop are:
- Understand healthcare trends and their implications for leaders at VCH
- Review VCH’s vision, goals and strategic direction
- Clarify manager’s strategic and operational responsibilities
- Outline important support resources for managers
- Build a support network with other leaders
