Survey says! Time to learn and grow!

When the 2011 People First Survey (Gallup poll) of VCH employees showed a desire for more opportunity to learn and grow, one group at VGH took that to heart.

“The results showed an opportunity. Staff wanted to learn and grow more in their jobs,” said Doris Bohl, a clinical educator at VGH CP7 and CP10.

The survey results form 2011 led to a great new collaborative lunch ‘n’ learn series where several disciplines learn together about topics relevant to their area of practice.

It’s worth it! The 2013 People First Survey is underway!

If you want your voice to be heard, complete the 2013 VCH People First Survey through the email you’ve received from Gallup or use the paper copies being sent to all staff. All VCH full-time, temporary and part time staff and physicians are being surveyed. If you have not received your personally addressed envelope from Gallup, please contact VCH Employee Engagement. To do the online survey, go to the Gallup survey and enter the Access Code that was sent to you.
