We’re quickly approaching the end of TELUS paging services across VCH (TELUS is closing down its paging service offering as of March 31, 2015). VCH has approximately 200 TELUS pagers that still need to be replaced.

For your convenience and to help you transition your pager as soon as possible, we’re bringing the TELUS Pager Replacement team to you.

Pager Replacement clinics

When? March 26, 27, 30, 31, and April 1 from 0900 to 1600.

Where? VGH. We’ll be across from the VGH Gift Shop, close to the JPS elevator entrance on the first floor.

What should you bring? Your old health organization-provisioned TELUS pager and cost centre information.

Please keep in mind that failure to replace your pager before March 31 will result in service gaps. If you have already replaced your pager, thank you! For those with outstanding TELUS pagers, we look forward to seeing you at our pager replacement clinics. No clinics will be held in Richmond or the North Shore so if you’re in the area, please come by with your pager.
