Over the last few months, we have been sharing videos of frontline staff talking about engagement and their best day at work. The videos and comments we’ve received so far show that engagement means something difference to each of us. What engages you to do your best at VCH?

Csaba, Rehab Assistant at Minoru Residence in Richmond explained that engagement is about having your opinion heard, “It means somebody actually listens and cares about what employees have to say because we are the frontline soldiers – we see first-hand what the patients do, how they are doing, how they are improving or not improving…”
