Last month, Vancouver Coastal Health hit a whopping 10,000 followers on Twitter and we launched a #VCH10K contest to celebrate. Many friends and followers entered the contest by tweeting us their favourite way to stay healthy using the hashtag, #VCH10K.

The contest is now closed and the lucky winner has won a VCH prize pack containing an insulated lunch bag, a glass VCH water bottle, and a VCH USB.
