We listened. We’re making changes

Over the past few years, demands have increased to a point where we have been struggling to produce photo IDs, respond to emails and answer telephone messages in a timely manner.

To correct this, we brought in a dedicated resource to conduct a full Photo ID (PID) department review. By using Lean thinking (doing more with the resources you have), we identified numerous process and system efficiencies. Combined, these improvements make up ‘PID v2’, which launches on 1-November-16. Improvements include:

  • You can take your own photo, or have Security take your photo for you
  • You can select where your ID is delivered – either your home address or your department at work
  • Your manager will approve your request at a click of a button

As a result, we will significantly increase productivity, decrease wait times and enhance customer experience.
