Countdown to the improved VCH.ca
Exciting news: our VCH.ca website will look and feel a little different next Thursday, March 30th.
You’ve probably heard by now that improvements are being made to our flagship website, VCH.ca. Read our Long and winding road to improving VCH.ca article, which explains why we are making changes for the better.
Blackout period for website updates
Between now and next Thursday we are implementing a website update blackout period. This means we will not make any updates to VCH.ca for the next seven days, between March 23 – 30, unless there is a public safety emergency. Feel free to send in your web updates during this period but know they will be on hold until the new site launches.
How will VCH.ca be different on March 30th?
You’ll notice a slightly cleaner, more streamlined look to the website.
Navigation will also be slightly different, based on staff and public feedback. If you’ve bookmarked URLs, you may notice an automatic redirect to new URLs. Be sure to update your web browsers and documents with these new URLs.
Help us keep improving the VCH.ca website
If you find broken links, please let us know by email at webupdates@vch.ca. If you can’t find material that was there before, use the site search bars as it may have moved. Reach out to our team through webupdates@vch.ca if you still can’t find what you’re looking for.
We will circulate a survey about the website in the coming weeks. We want your feedback so we can continue to improve VCH.ca.
