New nursing opportunity: Work in a DC2 /level 4 leadership clinical role

Do you have a desire to advance your clinical and leadership skills?

Join the Experienced Resource Nurse Team (ERNT) for Vancouver Tertiary and Acute Mental Health and Substance Use Programs at VGH and UBC Hospital to work at a leadership level (DC2 level 4) while providing direct care and gaining a variety of experiences working within multiple in-scope units.

Carole Rudko,  Manager of the ERNT Program, explains, “ERN’s have the opportunity to work at a leadership level, role modeling excellence in patient and family care while providing formal and informal mentorship and support to other nurses.” A significant orientation and education program is offered to support your success, and future career progression.
