P.I.E.C.E.S. education for nurses in community care

Thanks to funding support from VCH Professional Practice and the VCH Knowledge Translation Challenge, a fun and rich learning opportunity on the PIECES program was brought to nurses in VCH community care.

PIECES is a systematic and integrated approach to clinical assessment and care planning. It offers a comprehensive framework to address safety risk and promotes quality care. Nurses not only picked up useful clinical tools, they shared their perspective about what helps to mobilize research knowledge into practice in community nursing care.
