Two Coastal People First award winners were honoured at Monday’s Strategic Implementation Forum as the PARIS Mental Health & Addictions Team and Coastal Finance Director Mark Delivuk received the coveted awards.
Mark Delivuk
Known throughout Coastal for “going the extra mile”, Mark is an extraordinary Finance Director who puts strong emphasis on ensuring decisions are focused on patient care as well as fiscally responsible. His motivation for his team as well as his passion for “doing the right thing” and supporting Operations any way possible have made Mark a valued member of Coastal’s Senior Leadership Team.
Theresa Volk, Project Manager, and her PARIS Mental Health & Addictions Team
This team delivered on time and under budget – a rare achievement for such a complex project. Highlights include: also implementing the MHA MRR across VCH because “it was the right thing to do for clinicians;” providing midnight on-site support to clinical staff during “Go Live;” and creating the PARIS Groups Module, described by clinicians as “The best feature in PARIS!”
