We’re pleased to announce that Tiffany Townsend has been appointed as Manager of Operations, North Vancouver, including responsibility for the leadership of ARAMARK Healthcare’s Environmental Service team at Lions Gate Hospital, Hilltop House, Pemberton Health Center, Squamish General Hospital, Whistler Health Care Center, Cedarview Lodge, Kiwanis Care Center, Margaret Fulton Center and West Community Health Center. Tiffany starts her employment with ARAMARK on May 27, 2013. Tiffany is replacing James Tyler who has been the Operations Manager in North Vancouver for 2 years and has done an outstanding job.
Tiffany has a strong background in healthcare management, particularly in Environmental Services. She has worked for ARAMARK in project management to assist with the implementation of new programs and procedures. In her most recent position with Southlake Regional Healthcare in Ontario Tiffany oversaw EVS services to critical areas, implemented programs to improve discharge and turnaround times as well as implemented auditing software.
We are excited about the experience Tiffany brings to us and we look forward to her being able to continue the good work we are doing in the North Vancouver Region.
As part of the transition, Alex Majano will be the acting Manager at all North shore sites until Tiffany Townsend starts her position On May 27th , Alex will then also continue to support the sites while Tiffany proceeds with her On Boarding training and orientation . On the completion of Tiffany’s transition we are proud to announce that Alex has agreed to enter into the ARAMARK management training program and will be mentored and educated towards the ARAMARK Management team. He will continue to work with the North shore with Tiffany and ARAMARK’s support.
