Last week on the 2nd February, my son, Jaden Coetzee, dislocated his radial head and was checked into the childrens ward at Lions Gate Hospital. We were there for just one evening and a full day whilst we waited on the orthopedic surgeon to manipulate it back into place.
I would like to commend the nursing staff in the emergency ward who helped us through a few awful few hours, but an especially big thank you to the staff in the childrens ward. They were amazing. A special thank you to Yuki, she was incredible and took such great care of my son. There is no doubt that Yuki is in the right profession, her genuine caring of her patients is exemplary and she made sure that we were all well taken care of. She was a true Angel during a very trying few hours.
I would be most grateful if you could please pass on our thanks to Yuki in the childrens ward. Her loving care of her patients most definitely requires recognition.
