North Shore women making a difference in their community

TThe “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”

When Margaret Mead made that statement she very well could have been talking about a small number of North Shore residents who have recently formed a group designed to help empower women.

The Women’s Giving Circle in support of Lions Gate Hospital Foundation is an exciting new initiative that offers women the opportunity to engage with the Foundation and support the hospital through philanthropy.

With 10 Founding Members, this dynamic group of like-minded individuals is intent on making a difference at LGH by empowering women through philanthropy and general health care education.

Funding opportunity deadline is August 14
