Sunshine Coast staff and volunteers feted for their efforts

What happens when you get dozens of people committed to the good health of their community into the same place all at once? A roomful of Sunshine Coast staff and auxiliary volunteers who deserve to be celebrated for their hard work and dedication.

That’s exactly what took place last week at Sechelt Hospital with the annual Sunshine Coast Long Service Recognition Awards event, attended by people from across the Coast.

Sunshine Coast managers, Director Lauren Tindall and Foundation and Auxiliary leaders were key to the event, serving food, drinks and good cheer to all in the airy lobby of the hospital.

Sunshine Coast Mental Health & Addictions Manager Susann Richter was one of the many local leaders taking time to recognize the many staff and volunteers who have given decades of service.
