Spring Bistro at Evergreen House

Residents of North Shore’s Evergreen House celebrated spring on Wednesday April 27th with a special Bistro dinner put on by Sodexo, held at the Lions Gate Terrace Café.

The evening was a success with 55 guests enjoying a seasonal spring menu of:

  • Arugula, Beet, Orange Salad
  • Salmon Florentine or Sirloin Steak
  • Roasted potatoes
  • Asparagus
  • Lemon Chiffon Bundt Cake

The Bistro event gives an opportunity for residents to enjoy an evening of fine dining and live piano music with friends and family.
