Karin Olson, Coastal Chief Operating Officer, is heading out on the road Monday to meet staff and visit sites across the Coastal Community of Care.

Karin Olson ready to hit the road for fall staff forums across Coastal

All Staff Forums begin rolling out across the Coastal Community of Care starting next week, with Chief Operating Officer Karin Olson making her first stop at Squamish General Hospital on Monday morning, then zipping up to Whistler and Pemberton. She will be joined by Sea to Sky Director Laurie Leith, who will be attending her last VCH staff forums before moving on to her exciting new job at Fraser Health next month.

The semi-annual forums are an excellent opportunity for the COO and directors to connect with staff and share information on key priorities, upcoming projects and changes, to celebrate achievements and to hear what kind of challenges staff are facing.

“I welcome everyone to join us at these forums where we can share information directly with each other,” says Karin. “I am very excited to visit the different sites throughout Coastal and meet as many staff and physicians as possible.”

Staff are encouraged to come with any questions and concerns they have.
