Contest alert! Complete your CIS privacy module to enter to win a festive lunch
Have you completed your pre-training module on privacy? Physicians, clinicians, staff and students who are impacted by CST need to complete the online module prior to classroom training (where you will learn to use the new clinical information system and associated workflows).
The following module must be completed by November 30, 2017:
This 15-minute course covers how to protect patient privacy in the new clinical information system, including: the privacy implications and responsibilities that come with using the system, as well as common practices that cause a privacy breach and next steps after identifying one. It also covers privacy controls that are built into the system (such as: role provisioning, session timeouts, heightened information security and auditing).
Early bird contest
Teams/units that receive 90% completion by November 24 will be entered to win a festive lunch. The goal, of course, is 100% completion by Nov. 30.
