Each month we run a list of all names of staff who are celebrating a birthday that month, and randomly draw three names. The lucky recipients are acknowledged in the VCH-Richmond newsletter and each receives a coffee mug and a Starbuck’s gift card.
The monthly birthday draw is one component of the VCH-Richmond Recognition Program. The program aims to contribute to a healthy, happy workplace where staff feel valued, appreciated and connected.
