Richmond accreditation: Tools to help you wow our guests!

The countdown is on!  In little over 6 weeks, we will have our chance to play host to a team of surveyors from Accreditation Canada, and showcase the great work that we do.

• Common tracer themes for clinical areas (i.e. medication safety, infection control, ethics, patient flow…)
• A customizable poster template to help you relate the Required Organizational Practices to the work your team does every day
• An overview of the logistics for hosting a site visit
• The consent form for patients/clients/residents whose record will be viewed during the tracers
• A poster template for notifying your patients and visitors about the surveyors’ presence
