T’ai Chi classes at Richmond Hospital

T’ai chi is a self-healing system of slow, graceful exercises that combine movement, meditation and rhythmic breathing to improve well-being and prevent illness.

Best of all, no experience is necessary to take part.

The weekly sessions will be taught by our very own Kim Eang, from Staffing. She has been teaching this martial art form for more than 15 years.
