“The care was exemplary”

I am writing to you wanting to inform you of the amazing birthing experience we had at Richmond hospital. Our son Ziyan was born on July 2 and my wife was having issues breast feeding him. It was important to us for our baby to have breast milk as opposed to formula, and we were told that donor milk was only given to premature babies. However, the nursery was kind enough to allow us some as it was important to us.

Beyond that, the help, care and attention that we received from Dorothy, Robin and Melinda was exemplary. They were patient and understanding, and made us feel like we were amongst family. From the moment we were admitted until the time that Dorothy walked us down to our car with our baby, we felt loved and cared for.

We are eternally grateful to the team and please let us know if there is anyone else I can contact to be able ensure that the nurses there get the recognition that they deserve.
