HSSBC/IBM is piloting an IT Support Kiosk here, at the Richmond Hospital. All staff and clinicians are encouraged to visit the support kiosk until Friday, February 24 at 4 p.m., especially if you have any outstanding IT support issues that weren’t resolved  by previously calling the Help Desk.

Where:     Atrium Lounge foyer

When:       Ongoing until Friday, February 24, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The pilot project will test whether or not there is a value-add to staff and clinicians for creation of an on-site presence. This would be in addition to support provided remotely, through the Help Desk. If this pilot proves successful, HSSBC will consider having a rotating presence on-site, in the future, one week at the time, during pre-established intervals.

  • Answer your technical questions
  • Set up or troubleshoot your mobile device

    I love the idea of having on-site, immediate help. This is much more customer service friendly and timely than having to submit a request on-line and then wait for a response. I hope this continues.
