For the third year running, all units, sites and facilities across VCH Richmond received a visit from a group of Santa’s SLT helpers. Pictured above (from left to right): Jodi Kortje, director, Critical Care, Emergency and Medicine; Rich Dillon, director, Client Relations, Risk Management, Patient Flow; and Jennifer MacKenzie, VCH Richmond’s Chief Operating Officer, circulated through Richmond Hospital, Wednesday, to say thank you to staff, physicians and volunteers for a year of exemplary work. All sites across Richmond were visited with baskets of Christmas treats during the week of Dec. 18 to 22.

Spreading Christmas cheer and chocolate across VCH Richmond

Members of Richmond’s Senior Leadership Team took turns jingling their way through units and facilities across the Community of Care this week. Their goal? To deliver candy canes, oranges and chocolate in appreciation of the safe and compassionate patient care that is provided year around by staff, physicians and volunteers.

Thank you for everything you do every day, and best of the season to all!
