A total of seven nurses from Vancouver Community have been chosen to present at the 7th annual Community Health Nurses Conference to be held in Kelowna from June 17th-19th, 2013. Topics to be presented by the nurse managers and educators range from care for high emergency department users in the downtown eastside to parenting styles to pre-diabetes screening to telehealth skills. All themes are representative of the great work being done in Vancouver Community to improve the lives of the clients and families we service.
