Flower beds and plenty of open green space at the rear of the new Centre for Brain Health will complement the building’s design and airy, light-filled interior.

Located next door to the Koerner Pavilion at UBC Hospital (UBCH), The Djavad Mowafaghian Centre for Brain Health (Centre for Brain Health) is taking shape and clinics are preparing to move to the new building in November or December of 2013.

Those VCH clinics confirmed for relocation to the Centre for Brain Health are:

  • Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders Clinic (Alzheimer’s Disease)
  • Centre for Huntington’s Disease
  • Mood Disorders Centre
  • Movement Disorders Clinic (Parkinson’s Disease)
  • Multiple Sclerosis Clinic
  • Research Clinical Trials
