Bridge construction between Koerner and new CBH underway

Located next door to the Koerner Pavilion at UBC Hospital (UBCH), The Djavad Mowafaghian Centre for Brain Health (Centre for Brain Health) is taking shape and construction has begun on a bridge that will connect the new building to Koerner’s second floor.

The bridge will facilitate inter-professional connections and collaboration, and provide a direct link for clinicians, researchers and others who may have their home base and daily workspace in Koerner.

Every effort is being made to minimize noise and traffic disruptions during bridge construction, which is expected to be complete by the end of August.
