Vancouver Acute doctors: have a say on philanthropy in your hospitals
Fundraising is a team sport. Thanks to the doctors, nurses and allied health professionals who supported VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation by raising awareness and referring grateful patients to us, we raised over $60 million last year to fund much-needed medical equipment and research in your hospitals.
VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation wants to learn how to partner better with Vancouver Acute physicians and surgeons to fundraise for their areas of specialty and for hospital priorities. Our team is also looking for guidance as we prepare for this fall’s Employee Giving Campaign.
We’d love your input at one of our upcoming focus groups:
- VGH: Tues., June 11, 5:30 to 6:30 pm
- GF Strong: Wed., June 12, 12:00 to 1:00 pm
- VGH: Wed., June 12, 5:30 to 6:30 pm
- UBCH: Tues., June 18, 5:30 to 6:30 pm
The discussions will be led by an independent researcher working on behalf of the Foundation. Any input you provide will be reported in aggregate only, with no individual comments attributed to specific individuals.
