G.F. Strong: survey results made worklife better
In 2011 when Ian Denison and Kelly Sharp, both employees at G. F. Strong, got the results of the first VCH People First Survey they saw opportunity.
Ian and a coworker devised a lunchtime recreation program for that created new connections among staff in a variety of disciplines. Kelly used the findings to support more professional development opportunities.

Do the survey online
- Go to the Gallup survey website and enter the Access Code that was sent to you by email and/or letter.
- If you have not received your personally addressed envelope from Gallup, please contact VCH Employee Engagement.
- The survey takes about five to ten minutes, and your answers are confidential.
