Orville Beisel, aka Fudd, made friends wherever he went. Animals and people alike were drawn to him. He was full of life and laughter.

The Beisel family thanks you

To all that were involved,

Today a great man rode off into the sunset. He was allowed to pass peacefully with the love of his life at his side.

We cannot begin to express the gratitude that we feel for the efforts of all the staff involved in Dad’s care at VGH.

The degree of care given, your bedside manner, the efforts to save him and your respect to honor his dying wishes exemplify the highest levels of professionalism and humanity.

My father may have passed, but I am making you all honorary members of my family. I am serious. If ever you’re in Kamloops, please let me know.

May you be blessed with true happiness. May the sun shine on your face.

Thank you and God bless!

Carpe diem.

Vic Beisel

Fudd was a farmer and businessman before he retired. What he really wanted was to be a cowboy. Happy trails Fudd!
