What does quality in action mean to you?

Quality in action can mean many things to staff. For some, it means guiding clients through their medication regimen to reduce hospital re-admission; to others it means preventing patient-related falls by identifying risks; and for many it means listening to patient/client and family concerns in order to provide a positive health care experience for everyone involved.

Tell us your story to win one of two $25 coffee cards!

We know based on the number of staff kudos we receive every week that you take steps each and every day to provide extra care to your clients and patients. Tell us how you are providing or enhancing quality care for your patients/clients in your everyday work by submitting your story to us by emailing onevancouver@vch.ca by February 12. You will be entered into a draw to win one of two $25 coffee cards and submissions will be compiled and shown at our Quality Fair following the upcoming All-Staff Forum on February 17, 2016.
