Beyond Stigma: Conversations about mental health, courage and hope

One Canadian out of every five is affected by mental health issues and the stigma is as strong as ever.

On Tuesday, February 62018, Vancouver Coastal Health will present “Beyond Stigma: Conversations about mental health, courage and hope” at the Roundhouse Community Centre in Vancouver.

Beyond Stigma (formerly Me Too Conversations ) works to change how we view mental health through education and public engagement.

This free public event will feature Victoria Maxwell, mental health speaker, educator, actor and writer where she will present her one woman show, “That’s Just Crazy Talk”. Victoria will also participate alongside others providing professional and family member perspectives on an expert panel, wrapping up with a time for Q&A.
