Anything outdoors — hiking, river kayaking and strolling along the seawall.

Spinach, kale and apples. (I know, how pathetic!)

What makes you happy?
Work (believe it or not) as well as laying on a beach and dreaming about my next adventure overseas.

Most healthy habit:
The elliptical here I come!

Favourite vacation spot or place you’ve visited:
Ghana or drinking red wine with a large baguette in front of the Eiffel tower.
