I am a front-line nurse, preceptor, mentor and lifelong learner.

I am a crazy-cat lady.

Yoga.

Yogurt, strawberries and soy milk.

What makes you happy?
My fiance, family, friends, colleagues, my cats, yoga and sunshine.

Most healthy habit:
Yoga and running.

Favourite vacation spot or place you’ve visited:
Penticton, BC.
