As part of a multidisciplinary team in both the community and the hospital, I assist clients and families access appropriate community resources especially home support, adult day program, respite, assisted living and facility care.

One thing that we might be surprised to find out about you:

I love thrift store shopping…especially at the St. Mary’s Thrift Store!

Favorite hobby: 

Finding and trying out new “recommended” recipes…could it be my next best recipe?  By the way, everything that I have ever made from “Rebar: Modern Food Cookbook” has been delicious!

Three things you always have in your fridge: 

Different kinds of cheese, apples and capers.

What makes you happy? 

Having healthy relationships with my two teenage daughters and my 20 year old son…we can make it through these “roller coaster” years!

Most healthy habit: 

Going for walks with my hubby and dog Patches.

Favourite vacation spot or place you’ve visited: 

I haven’t been to very many places at all, but I have been to Disneyland which was so much fun with my hubby and three kids.
