How long have you worked at VCH?
I have been at VCH for about 15 years (since June 1998) with the Vancouver Prostate Centre and VCH Research Institute.
Your VCH contribution. Tell us what you do at VCH in one sentence: I am the Director of Laboratory Research at the Vancouver Prostate Centre (aka the Prostate Centre at VGH), a position where I try to manage 20 unruly scientific faculty while also performing my own flavour of prostate cancer research.
One thing that we might be surprised to find out about you:
I like to drive my car very fast at Mission Racetrack.
Favourite hobby:
Nature photography
Three things you always have in your fridge:
Beer, white wine, and dill pickles
What makes you happy?
Playing with my granddaughters (aged 7 and 9) and making them laugh.
Most healthy habit:
I don’t have any, other than doing nothing habitually.
Favourite vacation spot or place you’ve visited:
Anywhere in Italy.
