I help build healthy communities. To that end, I’’m helping to introduce a new tool to help patients and clients eat more veggies!
What’s your favourite thing about your work?
Going out and about in the community and count that as working.
How does your work contribute to the VCH True North goals?
Promoting better health for our communities is my core business.
One thing we might be surprised to learn about you:
I am not fond of physical activity. But I have hiked up to the Singing Pass and the Black Tusk more than once (please don’t ask me when was the last time…).
Three things you always have in your fridge:
A jug of cold tap water, a package of tofu (good to have when you can’t decide what to cook), and peanut butter.
What makes you happy?
Spending time with my family. Playing my flute.
Most healthy habit:
I have never smoked. Transit being my preferred choice of travel to meetings.
Favourite vacation spot:
The Kootenays.
