Tell us what you do at VCH in one or two sentences:
Work collaboratively with AOT team members which include nurses, psychiatrists, and a SW to provide support, treatment, and resources to clients who are at high risk of police involvement and hospitalizations.


What’s your favourite thing about your work?
Working with team members and solving problems together.


How does your work contribute to the VCH True North goals?
We provide guidance, support, and information to assist clients to make the decisions for their long-term care and health needs.


One thing we might be surprised to learn about you:
I still hold the 100 meter record for all of Ontario set in 1981. My record stands at 10.89 seconds at 15 years old.


Who is somebody that you consider a major role model in your life?
My parents, for their team work and caring attitude for family.


Who or what inspires you?
People with insight and those that take the time to enhance their insight.


Most healthy habit:
Physical activities such as working out at the gym and hitting the heavy bag.


Favourite vacation spot:
Maui, Hawaii.
