4 years.

Responsible for supporting staff, managers, and directors within Vancouver to create the best health system for our patients. My job is to help set the vision and then remove to barriers so teams can do their best work.
What’s your favourite thing about your work?
Connecting with the people – staff and patients. I like to hear what is working well, what is not working so well and ideas for how to make things better.
How does your work contribute to the VCH True North goals?
It is all about the True North goals and ensuring we stay focused. If we are doing work that we cannot link to the True North goals then likely we should not be doing that work at this time.
One thing we might be surprised to learn about you:
I am scared of all bugs – if it crawls or flies I am “outta here!” The surprsing part is I spend all my time outside – camping, hiking etc so I face that fear everyday – never seems to get better:)
Three things you always have in your fridge:
White wine. Tons of fruits and veggies
Who or what inspires you?
My hubby Ed and….Anyone who swims against the current to create change that will make things better for people!
Most healthy habit:
I work out three to four times per week – always!

Anywhere tropical and HOT!
