I love working in a rural hospital! Sometimes it has it’s challenges but there is something comforting about a workplace where every department is on a first name basis. We all look out for one another.
How does your work contribute to the VCH True North goals?
Most recently I feel that working with “RT2C” (Releasing Time to Care) has for me, contributed greatly to the VCH True North goals. It encompasses promotion of better health care for our community, develops the best workforce, it’s innovative for sustainability and ultimately puts people first.
