I’ve been a nurse for 36 years and spent the past 14 years working part-time as a team leader at Squamish General Hospital.

What’s your favourite thing about your work?
The staff are great to work with always and I like the variety of our patients.

How does your work contribute to the VCH True North goals?
By providing the best care possible and maintaining adequate staff to patient ratio.

One thing we might be surprised to learn about you:
I have a tattoo.

Three things you always have in your fridge:
Cheese, eggs and beer.

Who or what inspires you?
Getting close to retirement inspires me 🙂

I walk daily with my dogs.

My parent’s cabin in Ontario.
